• How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?
Normally we require 24 hours notice. (you can book for straight away) A Minicab may be booked as far ahead as you like.

• How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of your journey. Only sterling cash, credit cards or cheques (with bankers card) are accepted.

• How many people can travel in one of your mini-cabs ?
Only a maximum of four people can travel in a standard sized mini cab. Larger minicabs are available at an increased cost. This includes small children who count as one passenger for insurance purposes!

• How long will my London Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton or Stansted minicab Journey drive take?

• What happens if my flight arrives late for my London airport pickup?
This is not a problem. Your flight is confirmed for the actual landing time and not scheduled time. We will be aware of any delays and your driver will be there when your flight arrives.

• Is there a charge for waiting time for airport pickups?
Quoted fares include the first half hour waiting, After this there is a charge of £12 per hour plus car parking fee's. Part hours are charged accordingly. So a total of one hour waiting time would be £6 extra. However 30 minutes often is as long as it takes for you to collect your luggage and so in that instance no extra charges would occur. Waiting time is only calculated from the time the flight has actually landed.

• How do I meet my driver for my airport transfer pick up?
After collecting your luggage from the customs hall you will then emerge into the main terminal building. Here your driver will be waiting for you with a board and your name written upon it.
